1.We offer full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase.
You should submit an order cancellation request to our customer service via email@example.com once you decide to cancel the order.
2.For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer partial refund after charging a 10% cancellation fee.
3.We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.
4.The shipping address can be changed before shipping, and we can not do any change once shipping out.
Every order comes with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If the product arrives defective or you not happy with your purchase, please send us an email with your order number, picture and kindly explain the problem and we'll process your request.
Please re-package the products and ship them back to us within 7 days. If it's been 30 days since you purchased, unfortunately refunds are no longer applicable.
Honeychildren cannot be held responsible for returned items getting lost during transit. We advise customers who return their purchase to pay for insurance and tracking to guarantee it reaches our destination safely.
For returns and replacements, if the quality is not good enough, or the wrong item was sent to you, we can reship the item for free; No restocking fee will be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.
