How long it takes to receive my order?

Holiday reminder:

  • During week-long Chinese holidays, Chinese National Day (October 1, 2020) and New Year (January 1, 2021), services from certain suppliers and carriers may be affected, which means that deliveries for order placed around these holidays may be delayed 3-7 days.

How much for shipping fee ?

  • Shipping charge is decided by destination and products you ordered. Please add items into your shopcart, proceed to pay, you will see how much is the shipping fee before payment.

Do I need to pay the custom tax?

  • In some cases, there will be VAT or other taxes, like customs duties or fees levied by your destination country.
  • 1. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict the amount. For further information please send an email to us;
  • 2. Customs and taxation policies vary widely from country to country. You should check your local custom laws, and inform us about your requirement after ordering;

Can I use a PO Box or APO/FPO military address?

  • For now our shipping partners are unable to ship orders to APO/FPO military addresses.
  • So you will need to provide a street address. If a APO/FPO military address is given, it will delay shipment of your items or your order will be canceled.

  • Honeychildren support international shipping. And we can ship to most countries & regions in the world.

  • You don’t have to register before placing an order.
  • To Make an Order:

  • (For Family items, you need to choose the size and color separately and add it into your chart, the price is only for one item.)

Can I modify or cancel my order?

  • We will process order only after the payment. So if your order is unpaid, you can just leave it in your account. Notice: Email address you have put in the shipping address will automatically registered as your Honeychildren account, and the login information will be sent to this email address, please check it kindly.
  1. Can I withdraw an order after payment?
  • * Cancel paid order within 24 hours:
    Customer can cancel the order by emailing us or contacting us via service@honeychildren.  We offer full refund if the order is canceled within 24 hours after the payment.
  • * Cancel paid order after 24 hours:
    Please contact us directly. If order is not shipped, we offer partial refund after charging a cancellation fee.
  • *We do NOT accept order cancellation request if the order has been shipped. (The cancellation fee do not including the shipping fee.)
  1. If I place repeat order, can I cancel one?
  • Please Email our customer service team, so that we can cancel one and resolve your problems as soon as possible.
  1. Change item after payment
  • Please contact our customer service team, we can change the items within 24 hours after the payment for free.
  1. Change Address after payment
  • Please contact our customer service team, we can change the shipping address before it is shipped. After that, we are unable modify it anymore.

What is processing time?

  • After the receiving of your order, we conduct Quality Control checks and testing in order to ensure the product's quality prior to shipment. The processing time varies depending on the specific product with the average processing time approximately 3-5 business days; if you purchase any pre-sale item, it takes up to 12-22 business days. However, it can also be affected by the item's stock status. If your order includes popular items experiencing stock availability issues, the order can take between 10-15 business days to process.

Why split an order into several orders?

  1. The order has too many products and they all don’t fit into one box.

  • Our factories are located in mainland China and Southeast Asia, also by working directly with product manufacturers, we make it affordable for every family. No dealers, all wholesale prices!

Any Store Locations?

  • Currently we only offer our products and service via our website. Hopefully we will expand our business soon to have some offline stores.

What should I do if the products are out of stock?

  • For some hot sale items, it might go out of stock after you made the payment. Our customer service Team will email you for replacement or refund.

Why The Size On The Tag Is Different From What I Ordered?

  • The size show on the website will be converted into international size before products are put on sale. Therefore, if you find that the size you get is not the same as shown on the website, please kindly try it on and see how it turns out.  If it does not fit well, please contact us, we will help you to solve this problem as soon as possible.

Why The Color Of Received Clothing Is A Little Different From What I Saw Online?
